Ashley Argota is an American actress and singer best known for her role as Lulu as well as Kelly Peckinpaugh on the Nickelodeon sitcoms True Jackson VP and Bucket and Skinner's Epic Adventures respectively. She portrayed Taylor the recurring character in Disney XD Lab Rats (2014-2015) and Lou Chan, a recurring character in The Fosters (2014-2016).
